Insomnia - Body and Mind

It's a strange lonely feelings when everyone's sleeping while you're awake. Disturbance of your sleep pattern is often devastating to your day to day (Not to mention your night to night) life. I personally not that much insomnic, but some nights are really night without any sleep & dream. From my experience, I've noticed that Insomnia or sleeplessness is not only experienced from disturbance of mind but also unnoticed lack of physical activity. As we are living in as world of brainwork, our body is working less but brain is working more and more. As a result, brain becoming tired, but body is not. This imbalance is leading to insomnic condition, probably. I've noticed after a long restless day with lots of physical activity, it's much easier to go asleep comparing to a day of much ease and less work. Of course, mental relaxation also plays a big game for bringing sleep but still tiredness of body matters. Many have already habituated with habit of taking sleeping pills which are usually known as diazepam or lorazepam. This drugs caused dependence and later on you can't sleep without taking them. So, my professional recommendation is to avoid them as much as you can. Who knows, probably a good physical exercise with relaxation or meditation can prize you a precious sleep..
